Managing Your Orders & Placing New Orders:
Need help placing an order?
- Browse for products using the categorized section at the top center of the screen (Men, Women, Unisex, Girls, Boys, Accessories) or search for the item using the search bar.
- Click on the desired product to enlarge and view more pictures of it (includes front, back).
- Click “ADD TO CART” (you may click "Continue" to add more products before checking out)
- When you've finished choosing all your products, go to your shopping cart at the top right corner of the screen and click "CHECKOUT"
- Enter your contact and shipping information and click "Continue to shipping method"
- Review your information and click "Continue to payment method"
- Choose your preferred payment option and click "Complete order"
- Enter your payment option details to complete the order process.
Changing your order/Reporting an issue with your order
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for any issue or change needed with your order.
Customers must contact the support team about making a change on the same day that the order was made. Otherwise the order will start its fulfillment process.
Entering a discount/coupon code
On the right side of the checkout page, paste your coupon code (see image below).
Click “apply” - and the coupon will be added.
What are the payment methods available?
At the moment, we only accept Credit/Debit cards and PayPal payments.
Can I pay using Paypal without a Paypal account?
Yes! It is commonly misunderstood that a PayPal account is needed in order to make payments through PayPal. The truth is you DO NOT need one, although we strongly recommend you sign up to enjoy the added ease of use.
Without a PayPal account, all you need is any Debit/Credit card stated below that is supported by PayPal.
By using PayPal, we can process & deliver your orders to you in a shorter time. PayPal is the easiest & most secure way to make payment online.

Do you ship to International locations?
Yes. We ship world wide.
How can I track my order?
You will get an email notification when your package was shipped with a tracking number.
Once I place my order, how long will it take to get to me?
For domestic orders - production time is 2-5 business days and 2-10 days of shipping after that.
For international orders - production time is 2-5 business days and 7-30 days of shipping after that, depending on your location.
Note: Delivery time may vary depending on the destination zip code and location. Shipping time may also vary during high volume order perionds; see delivery method in checkout for accurate shipping times.
I received only a part of my order. Where’s the rest of my order?
Note that if you purchased multiple items, these may ship separately as they may be coming from different suppliers. You may receive one item before the next. There is no need to worry if you don't receive all of your items at once. They are all on the way.
EXCHANGES, RETURNS & REFUNDS
What is your return / exchange policy?
Free Returns and Exchanges for the first 30 Days!
If you are not 100% satisfied with your new purchase, you can exchange or return your unused order to the warehouse for a full refund of the product price if it's within 30 days of delivery of from the original order.
Please email us at email@example.com within 30 days from the date you received the order.
Products must be in the condition you received them - clean, unwashed, unworn, & with all tags attached. Any items returned that is dirty or damaged, marked as not returnable, or marked as discontinued will be refused & returned to you at your expense unless you have received written management approval.
You only pay for the shipping of return/exchange of the item. Once your return is received, inspected, & approved by our warehouse team, your exchange or refund will be processed. Refunds will be automatically applied to your original method of payment.
Please note - Items that are made to order
We typically do not accept returns, refunds or replacements due to user error such as incorrect selection of sizes, designs, and colors for these specific items since they are made to order:
- Long Sleeve Hooded Tee
- Women's Leggings
How do I return an item/receive a refund?
Please contact our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org and they will instruct you with the steps.
Simply email us and ship the product back. Once we receive it, we will ship you the new item. You only pay for the shipping of the item to the warehouse.
ABOUT OUR PRODUCT
How do I wash my Living Engine clothing?
Most of our tops and tees can be machine washed on cold and tumbled dry, but we recommend hand washing and hanging or laying flat to dry to extend the life of your gear.
Is there a Living Engine store? Can I buy the merchandise in person?
Not as of yet, but we promise you'll be the first to know! Right now we only sell online, but keep in touch via our official Facebook, Twitter & Instagram, and of course here on the website. We'll post all updates as we go!
